One thing we’ve seen in our work with agricultural cooperatives is that regenerative practices spread faster when decision-making is shared, not top-down. When farmers have a real voice in how resources are managed, adoption of things like reduced tillage or crop rotation tends to stick — because it’s not imposed, it’s owned.

Curious how this plays out in other sectors represented here — has anyone seen similar patterns with community-led governance structures outside agriculture (e.g. energy cooperatives, urban commons)?
