As more regenerative initiatives move from pilot projects to long-term community structures, I keep wondering how governance should evolve alongside them. A lot of projects start with informal, consensus-based decision-making — which works well at small scale — but things get complicated as more people and organisations get involved.

Has anyone here navigated that transition? What governance models have actually worked in practice (formal boards, rotating leadership, cooperative structures, something else entirely) once a regenerative project grows beyond its founding group?
